    This means the box at some point took a critical hit. Sometimes it's a dented corner, scuffs or scratches, or maybe there's a tear. Every battle is unique.

    Whether they're in-house or at the factory, things like spelling errors, color mismatches, and weird finishes happen more often than you think.

  • Returned

    Every now and then, packages circle back to our warehouse, and sometimes those packages experience a rough journey on their way back.
